i stayed for 6 nights and i had a very nice time. my apartment had a big balcony with a great view. the shower was great (i loved the water pressure!). the staff were very friendly and helpful.
my door was hard to lock properly. the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work so well. the all-inclusive drinks had too much ice.

superb adults-only retreat
large balcony great food convenient location
I spent 5 nights here. my apartment was great, with a huge balcony that faced the sea. the room also had a fridge and a seating area. the shower was also great. I liked the great food as meal times were different. the hotel is also close to a shopping center with various bars.
The pool was unheated, so it was too cold. This was a shame as the pool area was lovely and clean.

all the staff are friendly. they take time to chat. the reception, catering, restaurant, and housekeeping teams are all a credit to the hotel. the staff also work hard to keep the hotel clean

each room includes a spacious balcony equipped with sunbeds. if you do not want to mix by the pool, you can sunbathe on your balcony. the rooms are a decent size. they offer options like private pools on the balcony

The hotel is close to shops and nightlife. it is situated high up. So it is a quiet, relaxing haven away from busy areas. the location gives amazing views. a supermarket is up the road.

quiet relaxation at its best
large balcony useful supermarket apartment style clean room
The room included a large balcony with two sunbeds, a table, and chairs. the room was spacious, styled as an apartment, and had a fridge and kettle. housekeeping ensured the room was very clean. i appreciated the mini supermarket on site. It was useful and reasonably priced.
The soft furnishing covers on the outside furniture need replacing. This is a slight negative.

the staff were great. lucy and triana were particularly lovely and helpful, they worked in the restaurant and bar and were a credit to the staff. reception staff were also helpful. always with a smile. acknowledged you.

food at the pool bar was tasty and reasonably priced. there was plenty of choice at breakfast, with options such as english sausage and bacon. chefs did an excellent job. plenty of roast potatoes were available too.
